Connect with Nature because it benefits both health and wellbeing; doing something green and sustainable for our environment; appreciate the beauty and wonder of our natural world; and of course, to breath some fresh Cornish sea air.
Just because you are working from home due to medical condition, or you are feeling poorly, or you have disability… this should not stop you from going out. Your health is of utmost importance. Connect with Nature because it’s good for your mental health and physical wellbeing.
