FISHCOTEQUE... SEQUINS and METALLICS...

I had an F&F as in fantastic and fabulous time at the newest seafood restaurant in Dubai, The Fish House located at the Waterfront Level, InterContinental Dubai Festival City.

I thoroughly enjoyed sampling all their delectable and lush menu. The selection of wines and cocktails is great. I don't really like drinking wine but I manage to have two glasses. Hahaha... It just shows that they have good quality ones!

The Fish House reminds me so much of Cornwall and the restaurants of the Michelin star celebrity chefs we have like Nathan Outlaw, Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth to name a few. Most of the star on their menu are mostly fish and other seafoods. It's always great to use what we have a plenty and fresh on our shores.

The Fish House is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone who loves seafood with discerning taste.

The spectacular "Water, Fire and Light Show" is a must see. It's something not to be miss when you're in Dubai.

So what are you waiting for, dine at The Fish House while enjoying the amazing Water, Fire and Light Show.
